Today was my first experience at the beach--it was great! We hit the beach early, even before the lifeguards were out, and I got all decked out in shades, a hat, a surfer top, and swim trunks. I put just the tips of my toes in the ocean and enjoyed the sand. Though we only stayed for a short bit, I predict many more beach bum kind of days in my future! The rest of the day was spent doing other "beach house" favorite activities--shopping at the outlets, eating at Penguin Diner, and following Moppy and Pop around to watch them work on their latest projects.
