After a fun weekend exploring some local neighborhoods, Old Town and Ballston, and taking some good naps, we continued our exploration and went to Roosevelt Island today. We met 
fellow mommy and son, Lauren and Luke, and hiked all around. Not the best place for a stroller, but I loved the bumpy ride and slept through most of our hike. Roosevelt Island is the home of some great trails and the Theodore Roosevelt National Memorial (pictured here).
