Early Morning Hikes on Sunday, October 25

Yesterday before the rain started and then again this morning in the lovely sunshine, we took morning hikes. One of my most favorite things to do is to "throw rocks". Luckily, we live right on a stream, and I can throw and 'kurplunk' rocks in the stream all of the time! However, that does interfere with the rigor and length of those hikes and walks my parents want to take. This morning's hike at Long Branch was especially good for rock throwing, lots of rocky beach areas along the stream. And, many beautiful autumn colors to enjoy.
