I also got to hang out with buddies, Trevor and Connor. We have been having alternating weeks of vacations, so it was great to catch up with them. The highlight of the week was a magic show by the Great Zucchini. He plays perfectly to a 3-year old boy's immature wit--he likes to bonk himself with various soft objects, has a water spitting toilet seat, and wears a diaper on his head--not even knowing it despite the entire audience yelling at him, telling him it was there. His 'potty' humor captivated me, and I laughed for 45 minutes.

What was going to be a quiet post-vacation few days, turned 
in a busily fun week. Playdates and opportunities just kept popping up, like a puppet show at Frying Pan Park, a cookout at the pool, an African drum show at Wolf Trap, and the County Fair.
